MACHINING & MOULDING

Whatever your requirement, we can supply sawn to size timbers or alternatively moulded to customers required profiles and chosen specie of timber.

We make our own tooling and cutters in house which allows us to machine anything from a planed all round section to complicated handrail sections.

We stock large quantities of each wood type and with our onsite precision machining, we can offer a fast turnaround on all orders of sawn to size timber.

Machines we have installed include bandsaws, multirips and two Leadermac moulders, including a LMC523 Smartmac. A third moulder – a Weinig – and our most recently installed machine is a semi automatic cross cut.
