The Savoy Hotel is one of London’s most iconic hotels. Dating from the 1880s, this luxury landmark is famous for its lavish Edwardian and Art Deco style rooms. We were invited to supply a selection of high quality hardwoods as part of the hotel’s £220 million refurbishment project led by world-renowned interior designer Pierre Yves Rochon.

The Hardwood Sales Team sourced, imported and delivered various hardwoods for this project including North American hardwood Hard Maple, Sycamore and Mahogany timbers. The timbers, which provide excellent strength properties and high resistance to wear, were used for door frames in the hotel.

Our timber sales team have a huge selection of hardwoods for our customers to choose from which can be exactly matched to a hotel’s specification. Our role is to work with hoteliers in their refurbishment. We were delighted to work with such an iconic establishment as The Savoy.
